Exchange & Return Policy
For all Return and Exchange requests, please contact us at support@unclokd.com.
Policy Guidelines:
- All exchanges and returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
- In case of a size issue or if a wrong product is received, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
- Products can be exchanged for the correct size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- If the value of the exchanged product is higher, you will need to pay the difference amount online.
- Products must have the original sticker/label attached, be neatly folded, and properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Without these, the exchange will not be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only offered in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.
- To request a refund, email support@unclokd.comΒ with your order details, issue description, and clear photographs of the product.
- In exceptional cases where a return is accepted (other than defective delivery), βΉ100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse pickup charges.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or the bank account provided by you.
Refund Timeline:
- Once we receive your refund request, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 3 business days from your address.
- After the product is picked up and verified, your refund will be initiated within 24β48 hours in your original payment method or the bank account provided by you.
- Once initiated, the refund may take around 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Important Notes:
- Slight variations in colour or design from what is displayed on our website, ads, or social media do not qualify for returns/refunds.
- Products damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for refunds/exchanges.
- Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- Requests will be processed only once per order.
- Products that are used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
- Free exchange is available for size issues, but refunds are not allowed for size-related reasons.
